1.3 In accordance with Clauses 1.1, 1.2, and 2.1 outlined below, the project becomes binding between Rawabi Interior Design & Fit out and the Client upon the Contract Signature from both parties & the upfront payment settled.

2.2 If the Client annuls the project within 24 hours from the Project Confirmation date, Rawabi Interior Design & Fit out will refund the Client’s payment, excluding credit card bank charges (2.05%).

2.3 Cancellations, exchanges, or returns by the Client will not be accepted for Goods tailored to the Customer’s specifications (e.g., fabrics, curtains, mattresses) labeled as “Special Order/s”. 

2.4 Rawabi Interior Design & Fit out is not accountable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or carriers.
